Growing up in DC, I would get up early, make a sandwich, meet up with the two kids next door, and have adventures. We’d bike through Rock Creek Park, sled down perilous hills, or sneak into the National Zoo and visit the animals—the tiniest of bike gangs. My current co-conspirators, pictured below, are the co-creators of my recent adventures. Without their time, talents, and energy, my current projects might have remained locked away in my drive. These comrades impart their time and prodigious skills to the akafranklin.studio cause, and in so doing, bring more mischief, joy, and beauty to each endeavor.
